I just want  EVERYONE know that Thompson Collision is the best over all body shop and also customer service experience is above any I’ve come across in along time. They toke care of my Porsche 911 like it was there’s. My rep Rick was amazing and thoughtful throughout the repair. And even fixed minor scratches that he saw. I was in a search for a Toyota Sienna. After leaving a dealership around the corner and having a negative experience, I decided to check Thompson’s website and saw they had just gotten a used Sienna in. Upon pulling into the parking lot a Lexus caught my eye. I looked at it and it was in amazing condition for being 19 years old. I looked it up on the website and was shocked to see how much work( all stuff that should be done) was done to the vehicle. They clearly thought it was a great car too to invest $4,200 into it. Decided to go in to talk to someone, but was disappointed they closed at 6. Fred happened to be the only one there and was friendly, gave me his card and said come back at 8 am. I did just that and bought the vehicle. Fred in sales and Nick in finance were great to work with. I’ve bought many cars and this definitely ranks up there with being one of the best experiences. Fred also delivered the car to me 45 minutes away. I highly recommend Fred and the Thompson organization.

This was a long ordeal for me but ended up quite well. I bought this car a 2020 Volkswagen GTI with only 2,000 miles on it and I'm very pleased with it. This is all texting and talking on the phone with Tim Earles and Sid Bakari.  Something I would have never done except that the car had such low mileage and I've had several of these and do not like the latest version.  Had I known I would not have liked the Mark 8 version, I would have bought a brand new Mark 7 back in 2020. So this is my way of doing that.
It more than a week to send paperwork back and forth between us. Then arranging for the car to be shipped up to me 300 miles away. All this with never driving or seeing a car in person. To my delight when the car arrived the color was a silver White which I prefer over the bright white. Very attractive car.
I thank Tim and Sid for getting the job done. Thank you so much and I believe I will be done buying cars for many many years.

Recently moved to Bucks County, PA from NJ, and I have to say my experience at Thompson Toyota is so pleasant compared to the past two dealerships I’ve had service my Tundra. The facility has several different waiting areas with a quiet area for work or study. It is clean and the chairs are comfortable, if you decide to wait for your vehicle. The staff is also very professional. It compares to the luxury dealers, which I’ve had prior experience with; well done!
