He told us it was his goal to make this the best car buying experience we’ve ever had, and when it was over he had done just that. It was the smoothest transaction I’ve ever seen. The car wasn’t for me though, I was just an observer. My parents were looking for a new car and they got a great deal on their brand new 2024 Toyota Camry at this dealership. Saved several thousand over what the car could have been at another location. A lot of dealerships add on market adjustment fees and claim it covers warranties. Thornhill did not do this. We were all very happy with the car, Thornhill, and Tyler.

I have driven Toyota’s all my life due to their reliability, before I found Thornhill Toyota I purchased my last three Toyota’s out of state simply because I could not get a Toyota dealer in West Virginia to give me a good deal on a Toyota or match prices at Toyota Dealerships in North Carolina and Virginia. Honestly, I was expecting the same response I had received from other Toyota Dealerships in West Virginia and being told “the price is what it is”.  To my surprise Tyler Bunting worked with his sales Manager to give me a better deal than I was offered in Winston Salem, NC.  Incredibly pleased with the Corolla, it gets 40 MPG, and the Toyota Gold Certification gives me a 12,000-mile 12-month comprehensive warranty, a 7-year 100,000-mile powertrain warranty, 7-year 100,000-mile Roadside Assistance, and they gave me a great deal. In addition, Thornhill Toyota gave me an added 10-year 150,000-mile warranty at no cost.  If you are looking for a Toyota, give Thornhill Toyota a call or visit them.  I highly recommend them and they are much easier to deal with as compared to Toyota Dealerships in Southern West Virginia and Charleston.
