Their customer care service is at another level.
They offer free ride home or work after dropping off your car for service, and pick up after car is fixed.
Amazing! Especially, when other near VW dealers don.t offer.

I recently had to have my GTI towed here for emergency maintenance. I’ve lived in NJ for seven years, but this was the first time I ever needed such major service. I’m so glad I randomly chose Three County VW over my other options. My dad passed away in 2023, and he was always the one who helped me navigate car stuff. So doing this without him was stressful and overwhelming. The whole team at Three County was wonderful. Greg was so helpful in explaining the maintenance needed, and he was so kind and patient with me as I figured out how I wanted to proceed. Everything was completed in the time frame he had estimated, and the car runs beautifully again. I will definitely be back for any additional maintenance I need… but hopefully not any time soon lol

I just want to take a minuteTo rate my experience at three county Volkswagen. As you can see I gave it 5  stars.This was a very smooth process from beginning to end. More specifically I would like to give a high praise to my salesman Matt. Not only was extremely genuine and a gentleman But also a true professional. I did not want to walk in at 6:00pm on a Wednesday night intent on leaving there with a deal on a vehicle, but the more time I spent talking to Matt about my situation at the time the more inclined I became. His experience of knowledge in auto sales was far superior to that of the sales man that I encountered at other local dealerships. His approach is quite relaxed and there was no pressure from him at all! Matt Found a way to make it work in my favor and I couldn’t have asked for much more than that not only did I get to leave three County Volkswagen with a brand new atlas,But I also left with my dignity still intact. Thank you Matt! Thanks also goes out to the sales Manager Joe for his Assistance and for making it a breeze!  thank you so much!
