I have been so pleased with Three Oaks Ford.  I moved out to the area when Covid hit and while I had purchased my Ford Escape in Chicago, I was thrilled that I could receive regular servicing so close to my Michigan home.  And, without any hassles.  I appreciate the efficiency of the service department and especially Julia who does the scheduling.  Everyone in the sales area is friendly and loves my dog, who comes with me to wait for the servicing to be completed.  Really glad I have this resource so close by.

I’ve had my car serviced here a couple times this past summer and they are so nice! Very professional staff and great customer service. We also got a thank you card in the mail.
