Everyone at the dealership was friendly and helpful. They went over the top and did all the little and big things to make the buying experience easy and comfortable. I was leaving from a different dealership and came here. The crew stayed after hours on a Saturday to help me with my purchase. I couldn’t get the car insured so had to come in on Monday to pick up the car. They even gave me a ride from my house in New Jersey. I don’t normally write reviews but I wanted to share my car purchasing journey with this dealership.   I recently purchased a 2018 Maserati Gran Turismo and had an outstanding experience.  For background,  I live in Virginia and could not visit the vehicle in person but  my sales person Adriano and Angel (General Manager) provided a comprehensive set of of car photos and vehicle service history reports. The Finance Manager, Brian,  thoroughly walk me thru the necessary financing  and was able to secure a lower interest than I anticipated.   In addition, the dealership provided  30 day/250 miles vehicle assessment window  so I could have the vehicle checked out via a PPI at my local Maserati dealership in Virginia.  This demonstrated their wiliness to stand behind their product.

Regarding delivering the vehicle from Connecticut to Virginia,  the vehicle delivery company indicated that it  would take a minimum of 10 days to deliver vehicle  due to scheduling conflicts. This dealership was amazing and provided white glove delivery service by having a member of their Sales staff (Prince) deliver the vehicle to my front door the very next day after my financing was finalized.

The folks at   Todd Maserati of Danbury (Angel, Brian, Adriano and  Prince) went above and beyond to ensure I was completely comfortable and well-informed throughout the entire car-buying process. Their attention to detail and genuine care were evident in every interaction. They took the time to listen to my needs, answered all my questions thoroughly, and made the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. The staff's expertise and friendly demeanor truly made me feel like a valued customer.

Reputable business. I’ve purchased two Alfas  from Todd Maserati in the past few years… if my personal experience was less than excellent I wouldn’t have brought my business back a second time.

My mother has worked in the car business as a sales advisor in Fairfield County for the last 20 plus years in competition with Alfa and Maserati, so I am reasonably familiar with the standards and culture of the industry as anyone could be second-hand. The showroom environment is welcoming, and the employees are professional, personable, and knowledgeable about their product. There was no discomfort about it. The continuous standard of care I’ve received when servicing my cars surpasses what I expect of the industry standard. Always pleasant, prices are reasonable, and I trust any work done is being done the right way.

In my opinion as a client it’s important to have the distinct feeling you’re being taken care of throughout the entirety of the car buying process, and they seem to understand that as a philosophy
