We bought out 2019 Ford Escape from Toothman Ford in Grafton. Paula was great to work with. From the time we arrived for a test drive until we left with trade-in completed, we were in and out in 3 hours. They take care of everything – from financing to our permanent license plate. Thomas Peters (Our Salesman) and Keith Leach (Finance) made our buying experience a breeze! We drove about two hours, so that they had everything ready for us when we arrived which was amazing! In and out in about and hour and a half. The only down fall was the truck had a tire that was low when my husband test drove it,  we were told it was taken care of before we left. When we were almost home the low pressure light come on. Upon taking it to a local shop we found out the tire had a piece of metal in it with a slow leak.  Not saying it couldn’t have happened on the way home, but I feel like it might have been over looked before the sale. But as far as our buying experience everything was great!

It had been a while since I had been to Toothman, but the months of research showed they had the best selection and price for the hard-to-find vehicle I was interested in. I went just to test drive one of the Ford Mavericks they had on site and ended up purchasing it that day. From the moment I stepped through the doors, I was treated like a valued customer.
