5 star service and experience from start to finish! Cookie was beyond amazing! She put a custom build together for me on the new RR Spectre and kept me informed every step of the way from production, to shipping to arrival. I picked the vehicle up today and she spent over an hour with me getting me registered on the RR Whispers app and going over every feature and button on the Spectre.

To ADJ who made what I believe to be an unfair review of the RR team. I’m sorry that you had a bad experience however, the team wasn’t lying to you. The Spectre in the showroom that they wouldn’t allow you to sit in was truly SOLD. It was mine. It was a special build that was placed months ago and had finally arrived.

From here I wanted to say that finding a correct salesperson from this shop is so important... because the first salesperson I interacted with really have no communication skills and felt he really didn't care at all if can be his customer or not... guess it's because I am not buying a Ferrari from him.
