We drove 8 hours to Buffalo for a Lincoln with livery package. We got there at 10am. David met with us and showed us our options, explained the pros/cons of each model, and helped us finance everything.

When it came to doing the insurance for the new car, our insurance company was giving us trouble. It was a Friday morning. DMV wouldn't have been open until Monday if we missed today. Insurance company wanted us to wait a day to transfer our insurance from old car (that we traded in) for the new car. Meaning we would have been stuck in Buffalo for 3 extra days (hotels would have cost a lot since we didn't want to drive 8 hours back home, and 8 hours back up to Buffalo again).

David spent hours talking to the insurance company. They wouldn't give in. David even offered to come back at 11:30pm to talk to the insurance company for the transfer and have us on the road the same day at midnight.
Eventually David convinced the insurance company to do it and we were on the road back home by 6pm.

He inspected our old car, new car, and made sure we were more than satisfied. He kept us entertained with his YouTube videos he makes with his friends and coworkers... They are absolutely amazing. He's amazing and so is his assistant. He did all of this work after coming back from a car show that day from Boston.

10/10. We never experienced such an amazing service. He treated us like family and it showed.

Dave B is awesome!!! we have been in business a little over 3 years and just picked up our 5th car from him. Initially we had an MKT and Yukon shortly after we worked with Dave to get a transit.  After 2 years - we need another town car and picked up a lincoln continental and just recently needed another SUV and he got us a Cadillac  Escalade.  Dave is super helpful getting everything done and making the transaction easy!
