I cannot express how happy we are with our Toyota purchase.  So the car was needed for my son in the service which was not local.  I already tried the process in Idaho with another Toyota dealership which we felt very uncomfortable with the sales person, dealership and process.  Doug Drysdale from Ressler was absolutely the best purchase we made.  I originally had another vehicle picked out and then realized it was manual which we did not want.  So I asked if he had anything else and he found the car we currently purchased.  He was very upfront on all charges, contracts, policies, from the beginning to the end. Great first experience buying a vehicle from a dealership. Doug D. was super helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. Sales people at other dealerships were very annoying but Doug was the opposite and made the process very pleasant. And now I have an awesome slightly used 4runner!

Awesome experience! I worked with Doug from Ressler for about 2 months to find my perfect car. This is the first time I have ever bought a brand new car and Doug was very patient with me and answered every question I had. On top of it I was buying the car remotely! I started the car buying process all the way down in Antarctica through to when I was in Chile, Alaska, and then finally to pick it up in Montana! Walked in last year just to talk to someone about the new Tacos that weren't out yet.  Ended up meeting and working with James.  Very patient and knowledgeable and zero pressure.  Little did he or us know we would leave with the 23 from the showroom floor!  :) He said he'd call us as soon as a 24 was in so I could see the new style. Honestly, I can't say enough great things about Kensington in Toyota service. Today, I brought in an old Toyota Tacoma that I traded to Toyota of Bozeman. Not only was she working hard and helping me in the service department with tires, oil change, and a safety recall as we traded in the old truck, she also helped me transfer all my old items to my new truck, which isn't even part of her job. Furthermore, she helped get the new truck ready when I pulled up and had a few items to finish. She communicated all of the service expectations very well. She executed in the given time frame. She also has a fun, bubbly, and personable personality that made me want to return to Toyota of Bozeman. If you need service on a Toyota, I can't say enough great things about working with her.
