I recently had a 100,000 mile service check up on my 2011 Camry Hybrid.  I was greeted by my service rep, Chris,  who kept me informed throughout the service process, as I elected to wait for service to be completed. I liked the video that was texted by the service technician who told me what was going on with my car.

I have been coming to this Toyota location for over 20 years and was a bit concerned when the business came under new ownership - don’t worry.  If the sales team is as professional and nice as the service department, I’ll be coming back to them for my next new Toyota!

On Wednesday 4/18/24 we passed Toyota of North Canton car dealership We noticed  there were several really nice trucks/cars
on their lot.  To our good fortune a sales person named Dakota several answered the phone, we asked about several vehicles, it was closing time so we made an appointment  with Dakota the next day.  There we two cars we were interested, he was so kind.  We liked the 2021 Honda Pilot.  It had low mileage, we took it for a spin, as luck would have it he was a former Honda Tech. He knew everything about this vehicle.  We were so impressed.  If your in the need for a new car, literally do your self a favor, ask for Dakota.  He went out of his way to be so helpful. Well, be bought that car, we received a great deal, and I feel like we made a new friend.

Matt was a real professional!  Energetic, courteous and respectful.  Negotiations went smooth we both gave a little and came to an agreement on price!  Win Win isn’t always 50/50 but I feel good with the result and I’m sure they do as well!  Can’t ask for more than that!
