I've never purchased a vehicle from Rock Hill Toyota, but I wish to relate how genuinely nice and helpful the dealership was to me . In Jan. of 2015 I was traveling from Florida to Pa when I lost the axle on my trailer and broke down on 77 Northbound right at the ramp entrance . Not knowing anything about the area I thought I was in real trouble, a couple guys came running from service because of the racket they heard , they called a tow service to come get the trailer and that gentleman said there was a trailer repair place next exit up he called them delivered the trailer they fixed it on Sat and I picked it up Monday. I had a custom trike on the trailer, no place to put it . The owner of Rock Hill Toyota let me park it in their service bay over the weekend, I'll never forget the kindness that they showed me, a stranger that he never met. It's been a few years, 9 to be honest but thank you again for the kindness .

I visited the shop to see if my tire could possibly be plugged. Bradley was so kind, patient and honest with me the entire visit.
Because of where the hole was in the tire, he was not certain if it could be patched. Most shops would do their best to try and sell me a new tire. Bradley did everything he could to NOT sell me a new tire!
In the end, the tire was able to be patched.
So very thankful for Bradley and his honesty. He really treated me as I feel he would have treated his family.
