Navigating the various options when buying an automobile today is quite different from the past. It can be a daunting experience with the many choices. Like any serious car buyer, I spent a considerable amount of time online trying to find the vehicle I wanted. When I called Trice Hughes, I was fortunate to be connected with Jarrod Singleton, and I hit the jackpot. I am not a novice car buyer, and I have worked with many car salesmen, but Jarrod is my all-time favorite. He is straightforward, honest, and went above and beyond to provide exceptional service. Not only is he professional, he is great fun to work with. I promise this will be the best time you will ever have while spending money!

I was looking at a couple of different vehicles, and Trice Hughes was the farthest away, but after speaking with Jarrod, I wanted to deal with him and this dealership. It was a pleasant drive from Louisville and well worth the trip. From the time I stepped through the door, everyone was welcoming and friendly.

On a different note, I am a neat freak, and this dealership was exceptionally clean, neat, and well-maintained, which is just another demonstration of how they respect their customers. I was in one dealership in Louisville not long ago (high-end cars) and it was an absolute mess; dark and dirty, and I wouldn’t even sit in their chairs. Yes, customers do notice these things.

Comfortable waiting area..this is true however I was upset when I asked fir an oil change and you all decided to rotate  my tires costing me additional charges...always check with the customer. On a Thursday I was told my truck would be ready by Monday afternoon.  It wasn't ready till the following Friday.  Just would have liked a little more communication.  First time going here and I will go back, as the work on vehicle seems to be good.
