Staff in front office seem cool and reserved.  Service desk staff quiet and friendly.  There were kcups and sodas in the waiting area.  The environment was clean and neat.  Very modern.  Went in to have airbags replaced due to a recall.  They finished in quick time.  At many dealerships there is a sense of hustle and bustle.  The atmosphere here is quiet.

This place truly deserves a 5 star rating.  I drove over 8hrs to purchase a hard-to-find used vehicle, and it was in even better condition than I had anticipated.  I wish all dealerships were this honest and easy to deal with.
