I purchased a car online from True Cars Inc., in January, 2018. Kevin Olson and the team were very helpful in answering my questions and sending pictures of the car. They set up delivery for the vehicle to my location in Gulf Shores, Alabama.  According to the shipping invoice that Kevin emailed to me, the shipping was paid in full. When the vehicle arrived, I was told that $300 cash was owed for the delivery.  The driver and I both called Kevin, who returned my call within 20 minutes (this was at 9PM EST.)  Kevin assured that the vehicle shipping was paid in advance and said if I paid the delivery driver, that he would reimburse me for the $300 (otherwise, the delivery driver would put the car back on the truck and leave.)  I paid. Kevin had a reimbursement check shipped to me within 3 days.

I am just letting you know that while there were some hurdles in this online purchase of my vehicle, The people at True Cars Inc. are honest and worked hard to resolve any problems and to supply fine customer service. I have enjoyed the Genesis and everything they told me about it before my purchase was correct.

Do Not Hesitate to purchase a car from these people. Even an online purchase.

We went thru an ordeal about a rim that had to be replaced. Finding a match became impossible and tedious. I was eventually going to replace them all anyway and they helped me make that happen. Made me happy with the vehicle I really wanted.
