Had a fantastic experience at Tulley today! My husband and I made a 10-hour trip from VA to see a '23 Polestar they had. We spoke with Nicole and James on the phone to get any negotiations out of the way before making a long drive.
We arrived and James let us know that they were fully charging the car since they knew we had a long drive ahead of us - super nice of them!
We worked with Chad in Sales who helped me make sure everything on the car was in working order then with paperwork, and Nick in Financing who was great to work with as well (which, honestly, is hard to find for a Finance Manager!). Everyone we met with was super nice and helpful, the car was super clean (then detailed again), and the dealership itself was beautiful. If we're willing to travel for a car again, I'm definitely checking Tulley out first!

Tom  ( Sales ) and Nick ( Finance ) are hands down terrific people to work with! My experience was beyond exceptional! Professional and both have a great sense of humor! Definitely would recommend these two when shopping for your car!  HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!!!

UPDATE.
I had to come update my review, as the sales person was still great, the whole service team who works for this place isn’t the greatest. I had boxes on my certificate of title that were incomplete. Sitting at city hall waiting for someone from the department to get my information. With a possible “ if we don’t have it today we will tomorrow” a huge inconvenience as I took the morning  off of work to make this appointment. I’ve been sitting here waiting for a call for almost an hour …

After a month of searching, I found the exact vehicle I wanted on the Tulley Mazda website.   When I arrived at the dealership, I was greeted at the front door and was helped to get to the correct person.  The showroom was impressive, clean and very comfortable.  I met Don, one of the best, he had me take the vehicle out for a test drive and it was exactly what I was looking for.  Don worked up a fair number on my trade and gave me a great deal on my new vehicle.  Before I left, he also made sure I had all the numbers and finance options available to me.  There was never any pressure to buy.  The next day I told Don I wanted the vehicle.  We did all the financing over the phone, could not have been any easier.  It was so simple and easy to do business at Tulley.   I will definitely be back for my next vehicle.
