It was time for me to get my mom car after having my second kid so my husband and I went to Subaru in Twin Falls and to say the least it was such an AMAZING experience!! Christian and Ellis were AWESOME, it was such a welcoming environment with ZERO peer pressure and they listened to what I was looking for. I’ve have nothing but Mazda and was leaning real heavy on Toyota but they definitely swayed my mind and I’ll forever drive a Subaru. Thank you Christian and Ellis!! I’ll definitely be recommending Subaru in Twin Falls ??

My husband and I drove up to Twin Falls Subaru  yesterday with the intention of purchasing a used Subaru Outback or Forrester. Randy pretty much met us at the door and asked how he could help us.  Since we had called ahead for an appointment and given some specific cars we wanted to look at, he was quickly able to line them up for us. He answered lots of questions as we tried them all out. Then encouraged us to take our time reviewing the pros and cons of each car we looked at. They were able to give us an acceptable trade in value for our car that made all the difference in which car we chose to go home in. Amber stayed around and got the financial and legal paperwork squared away so quickly and efficiently. It was a pleasure to work w both of them and the other team members throughout our transaction. Such a great place to make a car purchase!  Cory was excellent at telling us or options and finding all the important info. The cars safety options were explained in detail and we were given a session to show us how to get the most use from our new car.  I just love it.
