I am writing to commend Umansky Maserati and particularly David Green for excellent service recently provided. My Ghibli suffered a malfunction while out of town and had to be flat-bedded to the dealership. Since I had purchased this vehicle elsewhere I had not yet been an Umansky customer. I called, spoke David and explained my situation.  He  agreed to receive the vehicle when it arrived. Once my arrived, David called me we discussed the trouble I was having. His technicians did a diagnosis and determined cause, then David called me with the information, and I authorized the replacement of that one component. The price was fair and there was absolutely no upselling of additional work that was "recommended" I have done at his time. Kudos.

Brandon is always excellent to my husband and I we both have Maserati’s and he doesn’t mind going over and beyond for us. Changed my batteries in my key fobs in less than 10 minutes. He said it was 10 and I say 5 for both sets. Always so nice and kind. Even over the phone. I love the great customer service and we will always be customers. Don’t you go anywhere.
