I had a great experience buying my 2023 GMC Terrain this past Sunday at Marysville Auto Center with Jack. I am the kind of person that knows exactly what I want and do a lot of research before I even visit a business. I do not like a lot of chit chat bs. I called them before visiting to make sure they still had the vehicle and they called me right back to confirm. They had it ready for me to look at when I got there. I immediately asked for the Carfax and started going through it while I was looking at the car and Jack got it for me right away. He answered questions I had about owners, accidents, and warranties without hesitation. He felt transparent about the process and what to expect. And while I was waiting for finance Jack even went to get me an espresso I wanted. The process was fairly quick. And I would do business there again.

I have to say that my experience at Marysville Kendall was some of the best experience I’ve had! I went in looking for a specific posting I saw online in hopes on getting my dream car. I went to a couple of different dealerships and it was either the feeling of being pressured into a car that just didn’t feel “me” or had questions wondering. Adam was my sales associate and Karl was my financial advisor. Adam was friendly, professional, and honest. We did have a bit of a wait when I came to signing the paperwork but Adam was there with us through the whole process. He would talk to us, offer us drinks and would answer any question we had. Karl was very professional by coming to let us know how the process was going and he was able to help me get everything signed and ready to go in 15 minutes! Although the wait was kinda long, it didn’t really feel that long with the customer service we received. I will definitely be back again! Thanks again for helping me make my dreams come true!
