I went into Uxbridge Auto to test drive a 22’ Santa Fe Limited and the had an amazing experience. I first inquired online and was texted by Luke, one of the sales managers there. He was attentive and knowledgeable and we set up a time for me to go in. I went in and Luke was very friendly and asked how the test drive went. I loved the vehicle and we sat down and discussed warranty options and payment options. Luke was extremely honest with me about the vehicle and it’s history, and made the process of me trading in the vehicle in that I was driving super easy, and trust me, I had a unique situation that felt complicated, but handled it quickly and felt like a friend. I love my Santa Fe and I WILL be back for any future vehicle needs! Thank you Luke and Uxbridge Auto!

14 years ago I bought my first "new to me" car from Uxbridge Auto.....fast forward to now and it was finally time to let go of my old girl and get an upgrade. This review is long over due. However, Luke and his crew were incredibly great with the process of buying my first truck. Communication was fluid, the experience exceeded expectations, and I thoroughly enjoyed the process. I cannot recommend this place enough if you are looking for a car. My wife and I worked with Luke. Prior to the visit, I did hours of research because of how dealerships can be and I wanted to be as prepared as possible. Luke made it so I didn't need to use any tactics, gimmicks, etc. when buying a car. They were fine with us getting a PPI as well before purchasing the car as well. The entire time, Luke showed he did care about making a sale, but also cared about us as customers just as much; if not more.

I usually don’t write reviews but I just had to give a huge shout out and even bigger thank you to Luke. Luke was my salesman and he was the most helpful in my situation. I haven’t bought a car in over 6 years and Luke just made the whole process just a breeze. Most salespeople are over bearing and too much pressure but Luke made me feel comfortable right away. So grateful and thankful for you Luke! You the man! The Jeep is doing great so far :))
