Purchased my 2011 Honda Pilot from V & V Auto Center over a year ago for a very affordable and extremely fair price as is with no warranty. Since I have had this vehicle, I have had never had to worry about having any major car problems or deal with the stress of coming up with the hundreds or thousands of dollars one may need to repair a vehicle in an emergency. The owner Lu and her husband Jack are very knowledgeable in the car industry and more than gracious in fair in all that they do.
There have been numerous times when I haven’t had the full payment to make towards repairs and they would work with me to ensure we both are satisfied without any negativity whereas at a typical dealership you must make full payment to ensure you get your vehicle back.
Maria, the gem behind the office desk but so much more than a secretary is also very knowledgeable in the car field and with this trio and their team of mechanics, I have not hit a misstep. I’m almost done paying off my first vehicle from them and I can’t wait to purchase my next one from them. They are absolutely one of the best I’ve ever been to or known and I’ve owned a lot of cars!! To anyone looking for a vehicle I strongly encourage you to check them out!!! They are legit!?????????

The owners are incredibly nice and very helpful. We bought a vehicle almost 2 weeks ago from them. There have been some issues with the suv, and they immediately jumped in and fixed it for me. I feel like they went above and beyond. I don’t know any other used dealership that would do that for you. I plan on buying another vehicle from them when our son is ready to buy.

I would gave it 10 start if it is possible,

V & V are awesome, I needed car desperately they didn't take advantage of me, they show me nice car in my state of preference. With great price range, any time you call them they always answer Ms. Lu was helpful they make feel family. They only dealerships I can trust, they are honest and true.... I love them so much, truthful people. Anything I need they provided it for me. I wish everyone is honest and trust worthy as V & V.

Amazingly helpful and friendly people. If they can help you get a car, they will. And if they can't help you, they will give you honest answers about your situation. They have been very ethical and above-board during the whole process with me. While I was sitting with them, they had repeat customers come in to get another car- that's how trusted they are by their customers. Update: paid off my car today. I stand by my review. I hope to only pay cash for vehicles going forward, but if I ever need to buy a car with payments again, V&V will be my first stop.
