Valenti was recommended by a friend.  We were not disappointed.  From the moment we walked in the door we were greeted with a friendly welcome.  Our salesman, Matt, was a joy to work with and got me behind the wheel of a Taos and Jetta for a test drive.  Then we sat down to talk numbers.   Matt and Mike were so professional and made buying a new vehicle a pleasure.  They explained everything thoroughly and without any pressure.  There is nothing we would suggest Valenti change.  They treated us like a family member.

Overall super smooth process with very helpful and friendly sales team. Joe was very knowledgeable and helpful and even drove 40 minutes away to pick me up from train station. Ed was also very nice and thoughtful. It’s a small dealership but that makes the service a lot more personal. Highly recommend this place if you’re in the market for a VW.

The service advisor (Tim Agimudie) was friendly, welcoming, efficient and professional.  He was very knowledgable and explained everything clearly and in detail.  I was made aware of repairs/work that would be needed in the future, but was not pressured into agreeing to any extra work that was not necessary that day.
