I own a 2017 Yukon Denali that I purchased new from Diamond Buick GMC @ Alexandria, MN. I have never purchased or had my vehicle serviced at this dealership. My right rear tail light stopped working, common issue on GM LED taillights. I called and asked if they had one in stock and they did. I picked it up this evening, they not only saved me the 50 dollar core charge, as they assisted me in removing the tail light, they went above and beyond what I anticipated. As a GMC owner, I appreciate their efforts and actions for me! I happened to be in the twin cities, so I stopped in. The service was top notch, which is difficult to find in 2024. I did not want either the service employees nor the parts employees actions to go unnoticed. overall, it was the best experience we have had. the service person was very nice. Found out we had to order a part, which we didn't know ahead of time so that was a bit frustrating, but it came the next day and we have scheduled it for next week.
