Worked with Chris Cartwright to buy and F150 and he was great. Great guy and easy to work with. Was very helpful and generous with test drives and any information we wanted. The truck had some front end noise that the service department here and at Way Scarff Ford claimed they couldn’t hear, then I heard it driving the truck home after they had kept it for multiple days with no fix. So I had to resolve that issue by myself, but I understand that is not Chris’s department and he was still as helpful as he could be with it all. Would absolutely recommend working with Chris for sales.

Since writing my original 3 star review based on one interaction in the past with a salesperson (not Justin)I have actually bought two cars here. The best experience I have had at a dealership was dealing with Justin. He is extremely professional, responsive, knowledgeable and he will work to make sure you end up in a car/truck you want for a fair price. I’d highly recommend visiting Auburn Valley GMC, and if you do, ask for Justin. I will recommend him to friends and family in the future.
