`Eric, Tammy and John all did a GREAT job in helping me.  Eric in sales listened to my needs and found the right vehicle for me right off the bat.  He patiently went through the vehicle so I could understand how everything worked. This is the second vehicle I bought from him. Tammy in finance was thorough and was very nice to work with.  She explained all of my options to help me get the right plan. John in the body shop helped me with my other car that was in an accident- very patient, kind and good humor too!  He helped us before with some repairs on two of our vehicles- talk about perfection. I would not go anywhere else.  Good vibes at Valley all the way around- I am very grateful!

Prompt, professional, comprehensive service department and managers.  Easy to get things done - e.g., how to get my car towed to them. They got me in immediately and diagnosed the problem fast - was a warranty issue, so no cost at all to me.  Very rapid turnaround - had the car fixed in less than a week (for replacing an engine!). Very friendly and helpful every time I called for updates.

UNBELIEVABLE service. I called in regarding a loose tube in my engine. They were EXTREMELY polite and told us to bring in the car whenever. I brought my car in they gave me a loaner car, fixed my car on the house and worked around my schedule for pick up. I will always go to this dealership because of what they did for me. Happy to give these guys a five star rating!!!  I'll admit I was a bit hesitant to drive all the way from Grand Rapids MN to Hastings to buy a used truck.  The vehicle was as described and then some.
