The salesman was very knowledgeable and patient with me when finding the perfect vehicle. He took the time to understand my needs and preferences, and he guided me through the options available. I have had the car for some time now and have had no issues.  They went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable with my choice. My experience in dealing with Vandyke Motors went very well. I purchased a vehicle yesterday that had been listed online. The response to my online inquiry was prompt and professional. Doreen helped me through the process and was friendly, pleasant and completely professional. Yesterday I mentioned that I would get an Uber to come in to sign everything and get my car she offered to have someone pick me up. I am impressed with the experience. I just got the car yesterday so we will see how that goes. I have a good feeling and I believe that, even if I have any problem, they would help resolve it. I already referred my niece to Doreen while I was there yesterday. I apologize if I am misspelling Doreen's name but she was terrific.

My experience with Vandyke motors has been nothing but the best. I bought my car 2 weeks ago. And Tuesday evening the serpentine belt broke (it's a used car and this stuff happens) Ivan personally came to my house replaced the belt and fixed it that night and did not leave until he knew my car was good to go. This says a lot about a person, he has an incomeperable work ethic, I commend Ivan and the team he has. He didn't have to do any of this, but he still did and for that I'm greatful.
