Purchased a 2023 F150 Limited. Although the sales person that I ended up purchasing the vehicle from (Conner) was very helpful and did a great job, the dealership advertised a price that ended up not being what they were selling the vehicle for. There were unwanted added accessories that increased the cost of the truck. I was dealing with another sales person earlier in the week and that person never mentioned those things. I went in to test drive the truck and try to make a deal but when I showed up, the truck wasn’t on the lot. That first sales person told me it was there and set up the time to come check it out. I took time away from work just to find out that it wasn’t there. He should have let me know, at that time, the truck price was higher than advertised. I wish dealerships were more upfront with their prices. This is why people hate dealing with them. I would think twice before buying another vehicle from Vancouver Ford. I only gave 5 stars because it would have a negative financial impact on Conner if I gave anything less. The true rating would be 2.5 stars.

Very happy with the clutch replacement for my 2018 Ford Focus. Brady was very courteous and communicative as the ‘Service Advisor’ throughout the job. After driving around town, the difference is night and day, in reference to the car’s performance. While the price-point was higher than the high end of an estimation during a basic google search, I still feel at ease that my car is back to proper working order, which was my biggest concern going in. Still wondering how water got up into the clutch system, and how to prevent this from happening again…

Overall, great visit to Vancouver Ford!

Awesome experience. First time buying a new car and the salesman Connor Nash was great, answered my call just before closing, answered all my questions and set an appointment for the test drive. He was awesome enough to drive to me on my lunch break the next day so I could test drive the car for final decision. I drove that car home same day with a very smooth and efficient process. Overall great experience!
