Very positive experience.  Drove from Madison because the dealer had a great used Impala.   I was told the dealer would not negotiate on price but I had done a lot of shopping and thought it was  priced well enough to justify the drive.  The dealership was pleasant and people were very friendly.  The vehicle was in excellent condition,, and they had also washed and detailed the vehicle so it felt like new too.
