Steven was very patient with me when we were deciding what we wanted. It was between a brand new Equinox and a used Blazer. I really liked the look of the Blazer, but the payments of the Equinox. Steven then showed us the Buick Envision. I have never even considered looking at a Buick. We loved it! It had the sleekness of the Blazer, but a nicer payment plan.
We will definitely be back when we need to get another vehicle.

Great job. I needed a headlight replaced quickly. Jim P. accommodated me without hesitation. I appreciate their understanding and taking care of me quickly.

As usual my oil change and tire rotation were completed in a timely manner. The only reason I can't give them 5 stars is because after my vehicle sat in my garage overnight there was oil on my floor. This is a recurring problem at this dealership. In the past I have talked to the service advisor and have reminded them when I drop my vehicle off and the results have been better on a couple of occasions. I neglected to say anything this time and sure enough I had oil on the floor. The oil hangs on the frame and the bottom of the oil pan is typically coated.
I choose to do business with this dealer because I bought the vehicle there. There is another GM dealership a mile from my home that I could use instead. I drive the extra 14 miles because the service guys treat me well. Now if we could just get them to clean up after themselves when the job is finished!
