Ivan was such a charismatic gentleman welcomed us in with open arms and jokes. Jason the sales manager was also very important to our purchase! Everyone here is very knowledgeable. I leased this Awesome 2018 Honda civic sport. Low mileage for a very affordable price. Took my 2020 Jeep compass Trail-hawk here from a trade in quote and man o man i was very pleased with their appraisal compared to Name brand generic dealerships. If i ever need another vehicle i will definitely be shopping VDUBS! 100/100

LOVE LOVE LOVE this dealership. Such an easy process. Ivan was the best sales agent I’ve ever encountered and met. So nice and outgoing and super helpful. I literally test drove the car and they did the rest. All I had to do was pay and the entire bank process was done by them. No headaches, no stress, and importantly nothing to make me second guess my purchase. This is hands down one of the best dealerships I’ve ever been to. I will say that at first I was very leery about purchasing a used car from a small independent dealer. This experience wasn't even close to what I expected.

I was contacted by Jason after I had filled out a credit app online with an approval up to a certain amount. This was within the range of the car I was looking at so I made arrangements to come down and see the car in a few days. Unfortunately the car sold before I arrived but Jason called me to let me know this so I did not make a wasted trip. We discussed the inventory he had and he also told me that if I was set on a certain make and model that he would keep an eye out for one and let me know when one came in.

I ended up finding a car on their website that I liked and went down for a test drive. Jason is a friendly and very casual guy and the dealership itself has a very casual atmosphere so do not expect suits and ties. Jason pulled the car out of the warehouse and let me take it for a test drive alone. When I returned, I mentioned a couple of concerns with the car and Jason said that he would make sure that I was completely satisfied with the car when I purchased it.

The paperwork was easy and very straight forward and Jason made good on his commitment. The day after I got the car home, one of the issues returned and even though Jason and I discussed that I was buying the car as-is, he had me return, gave me a loaner to drive and had the issue fixed even though he was not obligated to do so.

For me, this was a great experience. Jason was great to work with, completely up front and I felt comfortable with his answers to my questions. Not many dealers, small or large will take care of a problem that happens after the vehicle leaves the lot when it is sold as-is. These guys impressed me!
