Long time customer of Vera Cadillac, specifically Mr. Jose Otero. I’ve been Mr. Otero’s customer for 7 years and I just leased my 3rd vehicle from him. I’m a resident of Coral Gables so it’s about 25 miles away for me but absolutely worth the drive. Car buying used to be really stressful for me until I met Jose. Now I look forward to the experience. If I were to sum it up in a few words it would be “the best car buying experience ever”. Jose is an absolute professional. He is also the nicest guy with a no nonsense attitude. You can tell that he is more interested in developing a long term relationship with his customers than just selling any one vehicle. I appreciate that.
