I recently purchased an Explorer ST from this Ford dealership, and I must say, it was the best car buying experience I've ever had. From start to finish, the salesman, Cliff, was outstanding. His attention to detail and customer care were top-notch. He went out of his way to ensure that every single request I had was accommodated, setting a new standard for customer service.

Cliff's communication skills were excellent. He promptly provided every document I requested via email, which made the process smooth and hassle-free. The dealership itself deserves praise for their efficiency, especially considering the circumstances. With an impending storm, they expedited the preparation of the car, ensuring everything was ready well before the weather turned.

The actual purchase process was incredibly straightforward and simple, a refreshing change from my previous experiences at other dealerships (Mercedes & Land Rover). But what truly set this experience apart was Cliff's willingness to go above and beyond. He personally added special features I requested to the vehicle and even delivered the car right to my doorstep, just in time to beat the storm.

The dealership's honesty and transparency were evident throughout the process. They explained everything clearly and were upfront about all details, which I greatly appreciated.

In summary, I highly recommend this Ford dealership. If you're in the market for a car, this is the place to go. Their combination of professionalism, efficiency, and exceptional customer service, particularly from Cliff, made this not just a purchase, but a truly memorable experience. I've bought many cars in my life, but this was, by far, the best.

Brian was extremely helpful, professional and friendly. He was able to do what the original dealer (Fette) did not want to take care of a recall, I am just waiting for some parts and my service call will be complete.
Also they offer a pick up and delivery service, my car was brought back to me at my job, so convenient, practical and let’s not forget how special I felt having my car delivered:)
