Last week I was heading home from work and the wheel came off my car.  I had my car towed to Victory because it was the preferred AAA shop.  Victory was a few minuets from closing for the day when I called to tell them the car was on the way.  Charlie said they would take a look at it in the morning and give me a call.  He called me at 2:00 the next day, apologizing for it taking so long (I thought a less than 24 hour turn around was fabulous). He said they were really busy and still needed to get it in a lift to check out the underside.  He called at 4:30 saying it was ready to go.  They had made a small fix, confirmed that the wheel could be put back on, but I would have to get the parts from a specialty store.  The spare was on and the broken fender was safely attached.  When I picked it up, they told me exactly what I needed to get and where I could find it.  Emergency situations force you to put your faith in people and I’m so glad I ended up at Victory.
