KUDOS ???? to my Salesperson, Noland.  Yes, he's mine because he offered excellent Customer Service. He treated me with utmost kindness and assured that I understood every step of the way. He showed me different options until I was sure of what I wanted. Although what I wanted had to be ordered, he made sure that I was updated on the progress. He even entertained the long winded stories that my husband told. ????  But, just want to say that Noland is a great Salesperson and trustworthy. My wife and I were in the market for a new vehicle because our Buick Encore was starting to have mechanical issues that were adding up. Kevin at Kia really worked his magic to help me get into a new car. I didn’t have high hopes, due to the last few times I went to try to trade in my car my payments would have been extremely high. John at Kia in finance, was super fast with getting the paperwork done. My time spent at the dealership was between 1 and 1/2-2 hours instead of all day.
