Larry my service guy went above and beyond in dealing with my service and recall. When they sprayed my sunshade for the recall they sprayed all over my back seats and door panels. He arranged for a detail the next day and a loaner car. Iwas not happy but he just humoured me and got it fixed. Excellent manner and very efficient.
