I brought a vehicle in with no appointment understanding it may take some time to repair. To my surprise the vehicle was completed the next day. Understanding the automotive field the vehicle still had a concern which I had brought back to address and at this point I really needed the vehicle back. I spoke with John Ramos the service manager who went above and beyond to get the vehicle back to me and repaired. The automotive field is very complex. Communication and understanding goes a long way. John Ramos went above and beyond to help me. He’s a great manager and person who was very supportive and communicative! Thank you.

Dillon  was a very courteous and helpful sales associate and continues to be after the purchase of my new Volkswagen and my daughters new Volkswagen.  The GM Sam really helped us to get the vehicles that we wanted and the best price for our budget.  David was a delight to work with in the end in signing ALL the paperwork. He is very knowledgeable and made the process very easy. David was also a delight to converse with   I bought the Volkswagen Taos and my daughter got the Volkswagen atlas.
