Grant assured us that his priority was making sure that my wife & I were happy in our vehicles. Usually when the GM gets involved, it’s followed by negative news. With him, it was only positive every time. He told us to make sure we love the vehicle and he would figure out the rest. He came through on his promise and more.

Ron was personable and professional all at once. He made the singing process enjoyable with a side of great conversation.

Let me tell you VW OF NORTH TAMPA was an amazing experience!!! I went in for a used Volkswagen atlas thinking because of my past history with dealerships I would only be able to buy a used car. I was offered to look at their new inventory instead. Long story short I drove off with a new 2024 Volkswagen atlas!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Service was great.  Dustin was professional and courteous.   Probably waited too long for an oil change and tire rotation - close to two hours when the purpose of me scheduling an appt at 7:15AM was to get in/out fast.  Car wash was broke down so the poor guy that was washing cars had to do them by hand.   I skipped it to save some time.
