Great service experience! Appointment was for 7:30am, they opened up right on time. There were 4 other people who arrived when I did and I was afraid it might take them awhile to process us all but Frank got me processed and on my way in a complimentary Uber within 3 minutes! Texted me when the car was done and when I arrived, it was right out front waiting and I was on my way again within minutes. Spent less than 10 mins total there  between drop off and pickup which has to be some sort of record. Awesome efficiency, will certainly come back.

John Garcia is THE BEST VW Service Advisor and has been taking great care of my Volkswagen for over 14 years. I bought my car from Neftin Volkswagen (now renamed Volkswagen of Thousand Oaks) and will drive 52 miles roundtrip for servicing, though there are several dealerships nearby plus authorized VW repair shops. But Neftin is noticeably superior in their quality, attention, service, and care for my car. They are very professional, helpful, and knowledgeable -- I won't go anywhere else if I have a choice. Still a family-owned business where integrity, and honesty are key factors here.

They also have an adjacent Neftin Mazda dealership and service department on the lot next door.
