I had a unique situation with the horn on my 6 month old car. I want to send out a big shoutout to Chad in the service department. He got me in quickly and got my situation quickly resolved. I'm not sure if he was the service manager or not, but he was very customer service focused. Chad, I'm the one in the red car with the horn issue.

AMAZING service from Cody! The audio on our Chevy Suburban glitched out, and we stopped at Volunteer Chevrolet.Cody was on the sales floor and was kind enough to come out to our SUV and try a few things inside our vehicle to no avail. He used to work in the service department and recommended disconnecting the battery to do a hard reset for 10 minutes. It worked!! We are happy to give him a shout out for going out of his way for us. It was so very appreciated! Thank you, Cody!! :)

We are just passing through Sevierville with our RV and it was time for an oil change in our diesel tow vehicle. I have already called Volunteer Chevrolet three weeks earlier to make an appointment. I showed up on time and quickly checked in. I was waiting for the work to be completed when Matt, the service writer, explained there were two recalls on our 2024 Silverado. Unfortunately, they did not have the parts for one of the recalls and the other recall, a software upgrade, failed to load properly. Matt did provide me with written copies of the recalls so I can share with my dealer back home. I also requested an oil sample be taken during the oil change so I could send it in for analysis, which was done. I found the container full of oil, and very clean, left in my cup holder. All in all, an enjoyable experience with very friendly personnel. The work was accomplished in a timely manner and from I was able to observe, performed in a professional manner. Thank you!
