Carl was a great salesman to work with.  He was friendly, professional and polite.  He was able to answer my questions and when he didn't know the answer, he didn't fake that he did.  That is one trait of salesmen that irks me, when they don't know answer and make stuff up or do not admit they don't know.  Honesty works so much better and earns credibility points.  Carl took the time to find out what I was looking for and we chatted about other things than the car, which made test drive more enjoyable. He was upfront with the dealerships policies and I appreciate that information.  He was able to work with my schedule in order to get the deal done.  Highly recommended and when I'm in the market for another car, i will attempt to work with Carl again
