I had recently traded my older Volvo there and purchased a newer one. One in a specific spec I been looking for. Went to look at it over the weekend. Zach, Tyson, and their manager Eddie were very helpful and were great wo work with. I ended up making an offer on the car and buying it. I rarely write public reviews of businesses but felt they deserved this one. Will definitely be back to deal with them.

I went to Volvo a week ago to just look. I met Zach and he showed us a few options. I knew I was interested in the XC 90. I test drove one. I loved it, but I told Zach I needed to think about it. He was completely understanding. We left, and then he touched base the following week, but was not pushy. He answered all questions over text or on the phone. He worked on all the numbers so there were no surprises and then I basically just went in and signed papers. The customer service for buying a new Volvo was really impressive. I would definitely recommend Chattanooga Volvo and would also recommend Zach as a salesman.
