As we arrived the general manager, John, greeted us at the door just as they opened for business that day. He was very friendly and professional. I personally also received some help and direction from Adrian, who was very polite and helpful as well. The sales associate who did our sale Brian was awesome. The process was smooth and easy, and took less than 2 hours. Harry who was the finance manager made the paperwork easy, and had a great sense of humor, which made the process kind of fun. John helped us choose accessories for our new car and was helpful when we had to exchange a cargo cover for another type. We are so happy with our XC90. Definitely will recommend Volvo San Diego, and will be bringing them business to their service department as well.
