Volvo Fort Washington are superb. They are friendly , welcoming , knowledgeable, professional, prompt and honest. We have used them on two occasions over past 5 years - and each time it was a pleasant experience.
Danielle has been excellent- she kept us regularly informed for past 2 years about the updates of release of EX 90 - and called us promptly once it arrived. She has exemplary customer service skills , and is very responsive, friendly and helpful. She always goes the extra mile to make sure everything is done well.

I have to share about my most recent experience. I recently bought a unique C70, six speed hard-top convertible, as a "midlife crisis car" and it nearly caused a midlife crisis after all. Michael and the staff were so accommodating and patient, joining me on what turned out to be a journey in finding the source of the problem. After several visits, tows, and loaners, this team came through for me. Michael did a spectacular job throughout the process. Whatever he's being paid is CLEARLY not enough!
