The staff was very nice and the place was clean, which is a small detail, but matters in your overall experience when buying a car. Adam Leykauf was our sales consultant, and he was very attentive to our needs and continually went above and beyond to get the car washed before we showed up to look at it and go for our test drive.

I brought my 2018 Atlas in for an oil change prior to a road trip.  I was a bit shocked when the service guy came out and told me the list of things that also needed repaired.  Right before a trip is not the best time financially to have to have repairs, but we made it work. Then there were issues with the warranty that I purchased when I got the car in June, and then other major issues were found while the car was being assessed.  Luckily the warranty covered these things, but it took several days to fix.  Larry Carter was great, and without asking, he got me a loaner car to help with it all!  This was my first service experience, and although it cost me more money than I planned, Larry helped explain all the things that were being done, offered a loaner and joked with me about adulting and not wanting to spend all that money on my car!  ha!  I have a nice list of things that need done on the car, that we discussed were able to be done after spring break, so those will happen soon.  It went smoothly as it could.
