This was my first visit to Waite Toyota's service center.  I was very happy with the service I was provided. The entire staff was helpful and friendly during the visit. Parts had to be ordered to complete the repair and a follow-up appointment was scheduled to have the parts installed.

After the covid-caused shortage of Toyota Tundras 3 years ago, my string of owning Toyota vehicles took a hiatus and forced a lease of a another company's truck. I was determined to get back to Toyota at the termination of the lease. Jessica made the purchase without a vehicle to trade as painless as possible. My experience with this dealership has been nothing but positive with the people that handle the service on my truck and the mechanic. I try to use the same mechanic all the time and the same service advisor. Today June 28 2024 the guys really came together And help me out with a tire indicator light. I was so overwhelmed with happiness that I received at a moment notice.

I really wanted a Toyota, but I never had a line of acting credit so they turned me away rather rudely. I walked 1 minute down to Subaru where I met Darren Freeman who treated me with the upmost respect. I had to be patient since it was my first time buying a vehicle, but he helped me achieve that milestone and I was able to walk out the next day with my car! We bought a Highlander here 2 years ago. We did our homework before we walked into dealership and gave them an “Out the Door” price we felt was fair. There was no games or them trying to add on unnecessary stuff we didn’t want like “VIN etching”, nitrogen in the tires, “prep fees” and other worthless items. We declined the extra warranty they offered at the finance office and it took less than an hour  to buy the car. No pressure from the salesman of finance office and no salesman tactics. We were ready to walk out on the deal if need be but we didn’t have to. That was our experience 2 years ago and I would definitely buy from this dealership again. Everything was explained in detail. We saw that a plastic cap was missing from the rear of the vehicle and the salesman quickly found a replacement cap and installed it for us. As a side note, judging by the number of soldiers there that day, this dealership serves a lot of military from the near by Army base.
