I got 4 estimates for the repair of my car that was side swiped in a parking lot and Walker really stood out. I wasn’t planning to have my Honda fixed at a Toyota dealership :) but I was really impressed with everyone at the Walker body shop, especially the manager Kerry, from the beginning to the end of my experience. I felt seen, heard, and valued. I like that the office is part of the shop, not a separate clean sales-type space. It feels authentic, welcoming, nothing to hide. Kerry didn’t hesitate to grab a rag or a buffer to help assess what needed to be done and see what he could do quickly and easily. And they did a great job on my car! Looks like new where the damage had been. Cost matched the estimate which was competitive.

The service I received was very helpful. My sales person was Cory Johnson he went beyond the  norm ,explaining all functions  of 4runner, plus helping my wife in and out of vehicle.
