So I was suppose to buy a car from another dealership and was surprised by the car I was interested in being sold out from under me and I wanted a car that day. I was told by a friend about Wallace and was uncertain about going in because i never been so it was overwhelming. I was greeted by T.Gordon (even though I was still in a funk over the mishap with the other dealership) he was very patient with helping me find a car I was interested in within a good price range and made sure I left the dealership with a beautiful  vehicle. I ended up with something better than what I thought I missed out on. T.Gordon helped me every step of the way and I'm thankful for his kindness and the professionalism of the staff!

Glenn Landstrom was very helpful in finding us a great truck! He is very personable, thorough and knowledgeable. He noticed the tires needed to be rotated and made sure that happened before we left with it. Ryan Potter also helped us and was very professional and friendly. I did not make an appointment.  My car needed a new battery and wouldn't start that morning!  A friend with a battery charger charged it for about 30 min. so I could get to Wallace.  I did not ask for assistance with transportation to any other place.  I feel fortunate that my car was repaired the same day I took it in.  Everyone was very pleasant and helpful.  I ate fresh popcorn and drank fresh coffee while I waited!!  Good experience!
