Everyone was very polite and courteous!  The staff person found my information and politely directed my sons and I to the waiting area and informed us that there were drinks and snacks for us!  In a very short time I was told that the work on my car was completed!  The staff person reviewed the work completed and that no additional issues were found!  I mentioned that I had received a coupon for $5.00 off an oil change but couldn’t find the email!  He politely changed the paperwork and gave me the $5.00 off!  I was very satisfied with the quality of the work and the speed with which it was completed!
