Awesome experiences at Washington Honda!  Picked up a 2025 Honda Pilot Black Edition and it is stunning!  My sales/leasing advisor Kaelyn has been great!  Kaelyn not only provided a very pleasant and fair sales experience but also assisted with some follow up visits that were needed.  She and the entire staff (sales, finance, service, etc.) have been very welcoming, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring that I’m 110% happy with my purchase. I took my Honda to get serviced (oil change, tires rotated and inspection)from the moment I walked in to then I left I was greeted by wonderful personnel who took the time to help. The service team had my car done in a timely fashion. They contacted me through text on the progress of my car til it was finished. They also swept the interior and cleaned my outside at no extra charge. I was highly impressed. -thanks Honda
