My alternator went out. I was desperate to get it fixed quickly because my special needs infant had an appointment in Portland in 2 days. I called every shop in town, although some showed compassion, no one could get me in. But when I called Watson’s, they said bring it down now and we’ll make sure you get your baby to her appointment. They squeezed me in and had it ready for me the following afternoon. Great customer service from genuinely nice people.
