They sent me videos from a tech demonstrating of my service needs and communicated updates via text. At pickup my car was pulled up curbside versus just handing me my keys and telling me to go find my vehicle. Great communication, clean facility, outstanding hospitality.

First scheduled maintenance for my Santa Cruz. Service Advisor Mark Williams and the advisor seated in front of him (can't recall his name) were knowledgeable, professional, and just made the experience perfect. Total wait was about an hour for oil change, tire rotation, and inspection.

I had the pleasure of working with Chad Taylor. When i say the best salesman this side of VA is a understatement. I brought my 1st 2023 Sonata back in August of 23 and Chad was great at walking me through everything. I have owned other vehicles but first time from actual dealership that  was not one of the in house finance places. Well a few weeks ago i was rear ended and my car was deemed totalled.
